If you wish to return merchandise, you must contact us within 30 days of our shipping date and request authority for return and you will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. Defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge if you contact us within 10 days of receiving the shipment. After you contact us we'll advise you what to do. Do not ship any merchandise to us for adjustment without first contacting our Credit Manager as instructed above.
Be advised there is a 20% restocking charge (plus original shipping & handling). Be sure any such shipments are fully insured and prepaid. No refund will be issued after 30 days.
