  4. Q. There is an item on the site that I wish to purchase, but I don't see the size/color that I want. Is it available?
    A. No. The site shows only the colors and sizes currently in stock. Once a particular color or size is out of stock, that option will be removed from the product page attributes.


  5. Q. How can I check my Order Status?
    A. It's easy. Go to My Account & click tracking # and we'll provide information about the status of that order.


  6. Q. When will I receive my order?
    A. When you purchase an item from whitfieldgoods.net, we will ship it the next day ("This item usually ships within 5 to 7 business days"). We cannot guarantee how long it will take the third party delivery service, such as UPS or USPS, to deliver the item to you.If your purchased item/s was shipped via USPS or UPS, you can track your order online at usps.com or ups.com. Just take a note on the tracking # that we provided to you.


  7. Q. Will I get an order confirmation?
    A. For every order you submit to whitfieldgoods.net, you will receive an order confirmation thru email. We recommend that you print and save both for your reference. For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please be sure to type it correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation. You will need your order number for reference when you check your order status on whitfieldgoods.net.


  8. Q. How are returned items credited back to me?
    A. You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund based on our policy. If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number(s), or we can give you a company credit and use toward future purchases by phone or via catalog (mail). If you paid with PayPal will send refund to your account. If you paid with check will send you a refund check.


  9. Q. Can I return items that I purchased in whitfieldgoods.net?
    A. Yes. If you are not satisfied and wish to return merchandise, you must contact us within 30 days of our shipping date and request authority for return.


  10. Q. How can I return Damaged or Defective Items?
    A. If an item you received is damaged or defective, you can return it. We will replace that free of charge if you contact us within 10 days of receiving the shipment and will send you a return label.
